We want every visitor, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read about our firm and reach us without barriers.

Our commitment

Foster, Griffith & Allen, Inc. is committed to making fgacpa.com accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely used to measure website accessibility.

What we have done

  • Every page can be navigated and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link at the top of each page.
  • Headings, lists, landmarks, and form labels are coded so screen readers can announce them correctly.
  • Text and background colors meet or exceed the WCAG AA contrast minimums, and links in body text are underlined rather than distinguished by color alone.
  • Text can be enlarged to at least 200 percent in your browser without loss of content or function, and the layout adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops.
  • Images that convey information have text alternatives. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Nothing on the site flashes, autoplays, or moves, and animations are turned off for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
  • The consultation form works with and without JavaScript, gives clear error messages, and does not use time limits or picture puzzles.

Known limitations

The spam check on our contact page is provided by Cloudflare, and our client portal is operated by our practice-management provider. We do not control the code of those services. If either one gives you trouble, contact us directly and we will help you another way.
