A few sentences is plenty. Please don't include Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive details here; we'll set up a secure way to share those if we work together.

Common questions
A few things people ask before they reach out.
Getting started
Are you taking new clients?
Yes. We’re always accepting new individual, business, and trust clients.
What does the first conversation cost?
Nothing. No cost, no pressure, no obligation.
What happens after I submit the form?
We’ll reach out to schedule a time to talk and see whether we’d be a good fit.
Do I need to be local?
No. Most of our clients are in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, but we work with clients across the country through the client portal, phone, and video calls.
When should I send my tax documents?
We prepare returns year-round, with the heaviest volume around the filing and extension deadlines. During those stretches, the sooner your documents are in, the sooner we can get to them.
Fit and scope
Who is a good fit for the firm?
Business owners, families with some complexity (rentals, K-1s, equity compensation, trusts), and anyone who’d rather have one firm handle tax, bookkeeping, and payroll together. We’re looking for long-term relationships.
What don’t you do?
Audits, reviews, and other attest work; nonprofits; foreign (non-US) tax filings. We also don’t take bookkeeping-only, payroll-only, notice-only, or one-off consulting engagements. All of our work is built around preparing your tax returns.
Can you handle my bookkeeping and payroll too?
Yes. We handle bookkeeping and payroll for our tax clients, whether we run it fully or work alongside your existing payroll provider, and it’s done with the tax return in mind so year-end isn’t a cleanup project.
I already have a bookkeeper or financial advisor. Is that a problem?
No. We work with your existing bookkeeper, advisor, or estate attorney regularly.
Working together
I got a notice from the IRS, FTB, or another agency. Can you help?
Yes. For our clients, we handle notice responses and resolution with the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, EDD, CDTFA, and other agencies.
Do you handle business filings like licenses, Statements of Information, annual reports, Form 571-L, or California sales tax?
Yes, as needed and when requested by a client.
I think there may be a problem with a return my previous CPA filed. Will you look at it?
Yes. We’re happy to give it a quick look and tell you whether anything jumps out.
How do I send you documents?
Upload through the client portal, drop off at the office, or mail. E-file authorizations and other signatures are also handled in the portal, electronically.
How do I pay my invoice?
Invoices are viewed and paid inside the client portal.
How do you protect my information?
We use established third-party tax, accounting, and document-management platforms with financial-institution-grade security. Any AI tools we use are business-tier, closed systems; client data is never used to train public models.
